Made with pasteurised milk from farms, specially selcted by our internal quality control department, we continue the traditional artisan elaboration of this cheese, cured with white mould. It has a slightly acidic flavour and an aroma of lemon, is exquisite on the palate, and is two-time consecutive winner as "Best Goat Cheese of Spain".
