Caña de Cabra
Made with pasteurised milk from farms, specially selcted by our internal
quality control department, we continue the traditional artisan elaboration of
this cheese, cured with white mould. It has a slightly acidic flavour and an
aroma of lemon, is exquisite on the palate, and is two-time consecutive winner
as "Best Goat Cheese of Spain".
