Made from pasteurised goat´s and cow´s milk. A fresh cheese of the highest
quality, produced following the traditional methods of our ancesters. This
gives us a cheese that permits it to be fried in olive oil, mantaining a firm
texture and delicious flavour. Recently awarded "Best Fresh Cheese of
Europe".
