Made with pasteurised goat´s milk. A cheese low in salt and fat content, however; in taste, one is reminded of traditional cheese which is smooth and delightful to the palate. The cheese comes in two types, round and rectangular. The round shape is covered with paprika while the rectangular is natural in flavour and perfect for cutting into individual slices for sandwiches, snacks, etc.
