Located in Jumilla in the province of Murcia, Spain, the land is a dry and somewhat mountainous terrain interspersed with wide shallow valleys, all teeming with wild growing rosemary, where farmers have found the perfect place for producing milk of the utmost quality.
Our main objective is to be the leading producer of specialty cheese, especially from goat’s milk. We have the widest selection available and our development of new products is constant and ongoing.
